Delete your Reno RD account & data

How to request deletion

Send an email to donpollolococabarete@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Reno RD account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, phone, avatar, language preference).
• Your saved addresses and location data.
• Your service requests, photos, and voice recordings.
• Your chat messages and notifications.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of completed transactions (bookings, jobs, payments recorded between you and a professional, and related dispute evidence) are retained in anonymized or restricted form where required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, and are deleted when those retention obligations expire.

Partial deletion

You can remove individual service requests and conversations from your account directly in the app ("Delete" on My requests and Messages) without deleting your whole account. Removed items are hidden immediately and permanently purged from our systems on the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
